Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the item so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process after delivery.
